Introduction

We fully respect the right to privacy and protection of personal data of visitors to our website. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for collecting data and handling information obtained through our website (hereinafter: "Website"). Collecting personal data via the Website

Personal data of Website users are collected and processed depending on the way in which the user uses the Website. The user's personal data may be collected and processed in connection with the provision of services offered through the Website, including in connection with the operation of the Website and browsing the content available on the Website, ordering telephone contact, sending work applications, using the contact form.

Type of data processed

Identification data, such as first name(s), surname(s), contact details (postal address, e-mail, telephone number(s), signature, citizenship/nationality, age, gender, date of birth, place of birth, identification number , passport number.

Professional data, such as a CV, regardless of whether you are an employee of the Law Firm or a candidate for a position.

IT data such as user account, cookie IDs and other tracking technologies, RFID tags, activity logs (from tools and protocols, applications, access control, etc.), passwords for accessing IT systems and/or websites.

Purposes of personal data processing

Legal basis for the processing of personal data

The legal basis for the processing of data of Website users are the provisions of the Act on the provision of electronic services (Article 18(5) of the Act on the provision of electronic services). The legal basis for the processing of data of persons using the telephone contact order or the recruitment/contact form is the user's consent expressed in the form of an electronic statement of the checkbox type. The legal basis for data processing for analytical and marketing purposes collected using Google Analytics tools, as well as profiling the Website user (by adjusting advertising content in graphic form (Display Ads) is the explicit consent of the user expressed when entering the Website.

Information about the recipients of personal data and the transfer of data to a third country

The data of users who have consented to the processing of data for analytical and marketing purposes collected using Google Analytics tools, as well as for profiling (by adjusting advertising content in graphic form (Display Ads) at the entrance to the Website will be entrusted to companies from the Google group for the purposes of the use of Google Analytics analytical tools and the provision of tailored advertising content.

The contact numbers provided via the Website will be disclosed to the operator of telecommunications services used by the Administrator and to an external IT provider for the purpose of providing support for the Administrator's commercial base system

The period for which personal data will be stored

Data of Website users are processed until the performance of a given service electronically, and then to the extent justified by profiling (in the case of express consent to profiling at the entrance to the Website) and possibly to the extent necessary to clarify the circumstances of unauthorized use of the service.

Data processed for analytical and marketing purposes will be processed indefinitely until the consent is withdrawn

Rights of data subjects

Please be advised that each data subject has the right to access their personal data and may request their correction, rectification, deletion, restriction of their processing, and has the right to object to their processing, as well as the right to transfer their data, and also to withdraw consent to their processing at any time, which will not affect the lawfulness of their processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

In connection with the processing of personal data, persons whose data are processed have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Information whether providing data is a statutory/contractual requirement and the consequences of not providing data

Providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide data that is necessary to use a given functionality of the Website may prevent the user from using this functionality.

Profiling

When entering the Website, the user may consent to profiling. In this case, the user's behavior on the web (including the user's interests disclosed in this way) will be monitored by recording the history of browsing the Website or place of residence using cookies in order to provide advertising content tailored to the interests disclosed, i.e. advertising content in graphic form (Advertisements display).

Browsing the Website and its subpages

Entering the Website requires the disclosure of the IP address and personal data collected via cookies and other technologies placed by the Website on the device used by the user. This is because each device connected to the Internet is assigned a unique number, i.e. an IP address, based on which, for example, it is possible to identify the country from which a given user connects to the network.

In addition - but only in the case of expressing the appropriate consent when entering the Website - the Website collects data on visited pages, such as: number of visits, country, browser, time of visit, etc. The administrator analyzes the collected data using an external solution of the provider. Currently, the Administrator uses Google Analytics tools that help to understand how users use the Website. This information will be used only for aggregate, anonymous statistical studies, which will allow us to improve the products and customer service of this Website.

In the event of consent to profiling, the Administrator will also use Google Analytics tools to monitor the behavior of the Website user by recording the history of browsing the Website or place of residence using cookies in order to provide advertising content tailored to the interests disclosed, i.e. advertising content in graphic form (Display Advertisements).

Security of collected data

Personal data and other non-personal data collected via the Website are stored on a secure server and only authorized personnel, trained in the protection of personal data and IT system security, as well as obliged to maintain strict confidentiality, have access to the data. Personal data is processed with technical and organizational measures ensuring protection of the processed data in accordance with the requirements set out in the provisions on the protection of personal data, including the Regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration of April 29, 2004 on the documentation of personal data processing and technical and organizational requirements that should be met by IT devices and systems used to process personal data (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024). Data security measures will be adapted to the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: "General Data Protection Regulation"), which applies from May 25, 2018.

Our staff is obliged to use verification of access to the server and user account. We secure access to the network with firewall software of the appropriate class. In addition, we install antivirus programs on the server and each workstation owned by our staff.

The administrator has implemented and applies organizational security measures in accordance with the law.

QUESTIONS, COMPLAINTS AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT

In order to obtain information on the services provided or technical support, the Website user may send an inquiry directly to the technical support service at the address: sekretariat@kancelaria-griffin.pl. Queries and complaints will be considered on an ongoing basis. The answer will be sent via e-mail to the e-mail address provided in the inquiry (complaint).

COOKIES

The website does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookie files. Cookie files (so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the Website user's end device and are intended for using the Website's websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device and a unique number. Collecting this information makes it possible to ensure proper access to the Website, in particular to optimize the use of websites, these files allow to recognize the Website user's device and properly display the website.
